HOW WE WORK
We follow the Rapid Cycle Improvement PDSA: Plan-do-study-act.
Stage 1: Plan
We seek to have a clear understanding of your business objectives and define clear goals. We achieve this by conducting a formal interview with key players in your company not just the decision makers. We sit with everyone involved in the process and those who will be affected by the change. We also schedule observation sessions when we shadow employees to get a well rounded picture of the team work.
Stage 2: Do
We evaluate your company's IT systems and analyze/diagnose your IT infrastructure to uncover the barriers blocking you and identify the needs to get you to your goals. We design and implement a solution. We provide necessary tools and support (trainings, materials, recurring meetings and observations...) Additionally, we collect data as we go.
Stage 3: Study
We use gathered data to determine if the implemented solution is working as predicted.
- Did your plan result in an improvement? By how much?
- Do you see trends?
- Were there unintended side effects?
Stage 4: Act
We act accordingly, making necessary adjustment and ensuring standardization for continued success. We also celebrate improvements and lessons learned. We communicate accomplishments to the team. We leave you with clear steps to preserve your gains and sustain your accomplishments.
